Privacy
Last updated 7 November 2026
DevRig runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type, paste, or open in a tool is sent to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, receives standard request details such as your IP address to serve the pages and protect the site (Cloudflare’s privacy policy). It never receives what you enter in the tools.
What is stored in your browser
To remember your choices, DevRig saves a few settings in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent anywhere:
- Theme, sidebar layout, and folded groups
- Favourite and recently used tools
- Each tool’s options, such as indent size (never your input)
When you use “Send to”, the text waits in this tab’s session storage and is deleted as soon as the next tool opens it. To remove everything, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Shareable links
Some tools keep your input in the page address, after the #, so a link can reopen the tool with the same input. The part after # is never sent to the server, but anyone you share the link with can read it. The JWT Decoder, Password Generator, and UUID Generator never put anything in the link.
Changes
If DevRig ever adds analytics or anything else that affects your privacy, this page will say so first, and the date above will change.
